Paste it in
- Gmail: Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new, then paste.
- Outlook: Settings → Account → Signatures (or Mail → Compose and reply), then paste.
- Apple Mail: Settings → Signatures, add one, then paste. Untick “Always match my default message font”.
How to use it
- Fill in your name, title, company and contact details. Leave anything blank to hide it.
- Add a public link to your logo and pick your brand color. Paste your Google review link to add a review button.
- Press “Copy signature” and paste it into your email app’s signature settings.
- Send yourself a test email and check it on your phone too.
Questions
Why doesn’t my logo show up?
The logo has to be an image on the internet, linked with https://. A file on your computer can’t be seen by the people you email. The logo already on your website usually works: right-click it and copy the image address.
Will it look the same in every email app?
Close to it. The signature uses simple tables and inline styles, the format email apps handle best. Some apps block images until the recipient allows them, so your name and links are plain text.
What does “Copy HTML” do?
It copies the signature’s code, for email apps or CRMs that ask you to paste HTML rather than a formatted signature.
